Bryan Hutchinson

Since early in his professional life, Bryan has served in numerous people-driven positions which have been fundamental to the value he places on relationships.  His integrity and desire to improve others' quality of life is evident in the relationships that he has built.   

As a truly dedicated service person, Bryan devotes much of his time to professional organizations and non-profit groups.  Since the mid 90's he has worked with corporate and non-profit organizations providing strategic leadership.  He values lifelong learning and has earned additional accreditation in order to better serve his customers.  In addition to his work with Victor Myers, Bryan speaks publicly on business-related issues such as customer service, quality of life, profitability, philanthropy, and more.  Some examples of Bryan's service and commitment include:

• Serves on the Public Policy Committee for the Texas Association of Realtors
• Is an Accredited Luxury Homes Specialist 
• Is a licensed  Real Estate Broker
• Is a member of both the National and Texas Associations of REALTORS
• Serves as an officer for the Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors 

In 2009, Bryan became the first person to win both the Dallas Home Builders Association Sales and Marketing Professional of the Year Award, as well as the Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors Sales Representative of the Year Award.  He was again honored in 2011 by being named Employee of the Year in the custom home industry and the 2011 REALTOR of the Year.  In 2012, Bryan was honored with the 40 under 40 Award by Professional Builder Magazine.  Additionally, Bryan has written articles and given interviews in numerous local and national publications such as Custom Home Builder Magazine and Texas Realtor Magazine.
  
Apart from real estate, Bryan enjoys various motorsports, high school football, and spending time with his family.  Bryan resides in Argyle, Texas with his wife and 2 children.
