Fred Dumlao

Fred Dumlao leads our efforts to provide personal and professional customer service for all of your commercial property needs.  Growing up in a military family, he earned a business degree from Sam Houston State University.   Fred spent 20 plus years taking care of customers at IBM where he developed tremendous sales, marketing and customer service skills.  In addition to his career as a commercial real estate agent, Fred is a member of the Flower Mound and Lewisville Chambers of Commerce, the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors and the Greater Lewisville Association of Realtors.  He and his wife Pam reside in Flower Mound, Texas.

As Director of Commercial Services for Victor Myers Real Estate, Fred leads his team to care for customers and look out for their best interest.  Essentially, his team works on both sides of the commercial market, assisting clients with:

• Representing tenants in procuring and renewing commercial leases;
• Representing buyers in purchasing commercial property;
• Representing sellers in marketing commercial property;
• Representing & assisting clients navigate the tides of investment property.
