Walk to end Alzheimer's
In October 2011 the Victor Myers Companies partnered with the Alzheimer's Association in support of the 2011 Walk to End Alzheimer's.  The cause was brought to the attention of the companies by current homeowners whose parents are inflicted with Alzheimers.
   




Argyle Athletic Booster Club
In August 2011 the Victor Myers Companies were asked to assist the Argyle Athletic Booster Club in meeting its annual goals  WIth the economic downturn and cuts to education across the state, organizations such as this one are in more need of assistance.  We are humbled by the ability to make a small contribution to benefit a portion of the student athletes in North Texas.

When a child is inflicted with cancer, the whole family is effected.  Lighthouse Family Retreat is a non-profit organization that cares for the holistic family by providing space, time, comfort, support and more to families of children with cancer.  Honoring Jack & Penne Slagle, new Victor Myers Custom Homeowners, our team is co-sponsoring a fundraiser hosted by this family on June 8th, 2011.

Ongoing Effort
Breast cancer affects 1 in 8 women in their lives.  Which each woman who is affected, countless husbands, parents, children, siblings and friends are likewise touched.  Our team makes deliberate efforts to participate in fund raising events throughout the year which raise funds to find a cure and eradicate breast cancer.

As the Flower Mound Seniors in Motion moves into its new facility, the team at the Victor Myers companies were honored to assist.  Noelle Claassen & Adrienne Kierschnick  were on hand to present a financial gift to be applied towards the purchase of new tables and chairs for the facility. 


Flower Mound Santa Cop Program
December of 2010 brought the opportunity to make a matching grant through the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce which helped raise well over $1,000.00 for the Flower Mound Santa Cops program.  Through this program the team at the Victor Myers companies and other community leaders are able to provide gifts, food and other resources to local families who are struggling.

In December of 2010, the Victor Myers companies were privileged to contribute to Southern Denton County Neighbor to Neighbor.  As part of the annual Give Back campaign, our teams identified this organization for their work that directly benefits other not-for-profit organizations and individuals.

On July 22, 2010, the team at Victor Myers Real Estate hosted a cook-out benefiting PediPlace.  PediPlace is a non-profit organization that provides low/no cost health care to children throughout North Texas.  Serving over 6,000 children in 2009, PediPlace is certainly a worthwhile organization to partner with.  The lunch raised enough money to provide over 175 children with their annual well visits.   To learn more about how you can help, visit PediPlace at www.pediplace.org

Food For The Poor
In late 2009 as Victor Myers Real Estate was forming, company leadership adopted the Normil Family from Port-au-Prince, Haiti.  The couple are pictured above with the home that was built and donated to them.  This program relies heavily on local national labor and supply chains to complete each project.  This means that while one family was moved from living in the public landfill into their new home, the local economy was simultaneously enhanced.  To learn more about how you can help, visit Food For The Poor International at

A Personal Note From Victor Myers & Bryan Hutchinson

In early 2009, while watching tv, a commercial for Toms Shoes came on.  It featured Blake Mycoskie, Chief Shoe Giver for the company.  He was describing their vision of helping less fortunate children by donating 1 pair of shoes for every 1 pair sold.  This commercial sparked a conversation between us about what more we could do to make a positive impact on a global level.  You see, we both understand what it means to have others invest in us, and with the success of our companies, we wanted to find a way to GIVE BACK.  We knew that there existed an opportunity for us to transfer some skill sets into a venue which could accomplish at least four clear objectives:  

  • Provide the highest levels of professional and personal customer service;
  • Invest in the lives of people by giving time, sharing our skills, and providing financial support to social and humanitarian efforts on a global level;
  • Improve the quality of life for the agents and the employees of the company;
  • Remain profitable for those who invest in our vision and goals.

The business model we established assists us in doing exactly this.  Through designated giving and the practice of hosting events, our team works towards raising funds, awarness and partnerships that make the world a better place.  Part of the reason we want to do business with you is so that we can invest back - our team wants to make a difference in the world
